Me & ADHD is a comprehensive 16-week coaching and therapy programme designed for individuals with a diagnosis or suspected diagnosis of ADHD – specially those who’ve felt unseen, overwhelmed, or invalidated by traditional approaches.
Led by Emma, a Registered Psychotherapist, Nurse, and Coach with over 10 years of NHS experience in complex emotional needs, this is more than just ADHD coaching, it’s a personalised, trauma-informed therapeutic process tailored entirely to you.
This programme brings together the best of ADHD coaching and psychotherapy. It’s not one-size-fits-all. It’s shaped around your story, your needs, and your goals.
Most ADHD support focuses on quick fixes or dopamine hacks. This is different. We look at the full picture including your biology, your environment, your experiences and create a coherent plan for change that lasts.

Yes—absolutely. All clinicians have extensive experience working with clients who have both ADHD and Borderline Personality Disorder / Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (BPD/EUPD). All clinicians also have specialist training in personality assessment (using SCID) to help differentiate or understand overlapping traits and misdiagnoses. It’s really common to be misdiagnosed with Bipolar and EUPD especially as a woman.

‘I was really nervous about seeing a therapist as I didn’t actually know what was ‘wrong’ but Emma really understood me and I felt at ease during the assessment. She’s not just a ‘how does that make you feel’ therapist which I find patronising, she’s practical and genuine.’
‘I feel a lot more insightful to my problems and why I think the way that I do, and do the things that I do. Everything seems to finally make sense.’
‘My life has changed over the last year, I never believed I’d be any different but I now have friends and a job.’
‘I’ll always be grateful for you never giving up on me even when I gave up on myself’
