My Fees

Correct as of 1st January 2024

Please note that all sessions are charged for once we have agreed to work with each other. Clients are offered a therapy session on a rolling basis at the same time each week, this session is reserved for you for the duration of your time in therapy.  Sessions are invoiced on the last day of the month unless another method is agreed prior to commencing therapy.

Everyone starts with an initial free 20 minute phone call, this is a time for us to get to know each other and for me to understand your difficulties and reasons for seeking therapy. If we both feel we can work together we’ll arrange a first appointment and begin therapy. If I don’t feel we can work well together I will explain why – normally this is because I will not have the skills or training to help you work on your goals for therapy. Sometimes clients return to therapy and previously paid a lower fee, please contact me so we can talk further about fees.
