Team

Agata is a psychological therapist and coach with a knack for seeing the person behind the diagnosis. She is informed on a personal level of experience with ADHD and blends this with many years in the NHS working with complex emotional needs, bringing both heart and expertise to her work.

Her toolkit includes DBT, CBT, and good old-fashioned psychotherapy—used with compassion and a healthy dose of curiosity. When she’s not helping clients untangle their thoughts, she’s knee-deep in soil at her allotment or knee-deep in textbooks, finishing her final year of clinical psychology training.

Agata is passionate about our me & ADHD programme and is also a co-facilitator in our DBT groups.
